vSpeed Date Terms & Conditions — effective upon publication 10/15/2026.
Welcome to vSpeed Date, managed and operated by ROS LLC, S Partners LLC DBA The S Partners LLC, and Single AF LLC DBA Single AF (collectively, the “Company,” “vSpeed Date,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions apply to all games, events, features, and services offered through vSpeed Date, including vSpeed Date, Whatcha Gonna Do, all current game variations, and any games or features introduced in the future. They cover our app, website, profiles, videos, photos, posts, comments, messages, and member interactions (collectively, the “Services”).
The rules concerning member conduct, prohibited content, reporting, remediation, moderation, content removal, suspension, blocking, dating safety, privacy, and unauthorized recording or sharing apply across all games and Services.
Rules expressly identified as specific to a particular game or event apply to that game or event. Additional rules disclosed before participation or purchase supplement these Terms and do not replace community-wide conduct or safety requirements.
By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing access, or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services.
You agree to provide accurate account information, use your own identity, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
You may not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or use another member’s account without authorization.
vSpeed Date allows eligible members to participate in virtual events through video responses, written posts, questions, and other available features. Members may prepare responses in advance or participate as questions are released, depending on the event.
Members who purchase event access will receive at least 24 hours of access to the applicable event, beginning at its scheduled start time. Any longer access period will be identified in the event listing or purchase confirmation.
Access is subject to compliance with these Terms. Content removal, account suspension, or blocking for violations may end your access before the access period expires.
Event access does not guarantee that other members will participate, respond, express interest, or form a friendship or romantic relationship with you. Members must respect other participants’ preferences, boundaries, and decisions.
Prices and applicable charges will be disclosed before purchase.
All vSpeed Date entrance fees, event passes, and event-related purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or mandatory payment-platform rules.
If you miss a vSpeed Date event, you forfeit your entrance fee. Missing the live portion does not extend your access period or entitle you to a refund, credit, transfer, or replacement event. You may still participate during the event’s remaining access period, which is at least 24 hours from its scheduled start time.
No refunds or credits are provided because you:
If we cancel an event or cannot provide the purchased access, contact us regarding the available remedy. Nothing in this section limits refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
Whatcha Gonna Do is a social game featuring questions and scenarios about dating, relationships, family, friends, past experiences, and related topics. Members can share their responses and explore how other members answered.
Game variations may include Whatcha Gonna Do — Family, Whatcha Gonna Do — Friends, Whatcha Gonna Do — The Dating Chronicle, and other versions introduced through the Services.
Basic members can view limited game results.
Premium members can view all game results made available for member viewing and filter those results by gender and location.
“All results” does not include deleted content, content removed through moderation, private or restricted information, or results otherwise unavailable under these Terms.
Filters depend on available member information and do not verify a member’s identity, gender, or actual location. Premium access does not guarantee a particular number of results, responses, matches, messages, or participating members.
Membership prices, access periods, and any recurring billing terms will be disclosed before purchase. Premium features are available only while the applicable paid access remains active.
Members must:
Participation does not give permission to record, screen share, repost, or distribute another member’s responses or content.
All other applicable provisions of these Terms apply to Whatcha Gonna Do and every variation of the game, including reporting, remediation, safety, privacy, moderation, content removal, suspension, and blocking.
All Whatcha Gonna Do purchases, including Premium memberships, upgrades, and paid game access, are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or mandatory payment-platform rules.
Not using the game, viewing only some results, disliking responses, finding no suitable matches, or changing your mind does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
If a membership renews automatically, cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with the billing terms disclosed at purchase. Cancellation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of charges already incurred.
If we cannot provide purchased access, contact us regarding the available remedy. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
All games, game variations, events, and features introduced in the future will be governed by these same Terms & Conditions.
The community-wide conduct, reporting, remediation, moderation, safety, privacy, intellectual property, recording, and liability provisions apply automatically to future games and features.
Additional game-specific rules, membership features, prices, access periods, and payment or refund terms may be disclosed before participation or purchase. These additional rules supplement these Terms and do not waive community-wide conduct or safety requirements.
The vSpeed Date access period and missed-event rules apply specifically to vSpeed Date unless expressly extended to another game or event.
All members must treat others respectfully. These rules apply throughout the Services, including all games, events, profiles, responses, videos, photos, posts, comments, and messages.
The following conduct is prohibited:
Consent to participate in a game or event is not consent to sexual comments, private contact, recording, or sharing someone’s content.
Members may report another member in any game, event, or other area of the Services for:
Use the reporting feature where available, or email contact@vspeeddate.com. Include the member’s username, the relevant game or event, a description of the concern, and supporting information.
We will review reports and take appropriate remediation actions within 24–72 hours after receiving a report, or sooner when warranted by the seriousness of the concern. Initial action may include restricting access or removing reported content while we investigate. Some investigations may require additional time to complete.
Depending on our findings, remediation may include warnings, content removal, messaging restrictions, removal from games or events, temporary suspension, permanent blocking, or referral to appropriate authorities when warranted.
A report does not automatically establish a violation or guarantee a particular outcome. We may request additional information and may limit disclosure of investigation details to protect privacy.
Retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report or assists with an investigation is prohibited. Reporting tools are not emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
We reserve the right, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, to review, restrict, hide, or remove posts, videos, comments, messages, profiles, game responses, or other content, and to suspend, remove, or permanently block members from any or all Services.
We may take these actions with or without advance notice to enforce these Terms, address safety concerns, investigate reports, prevent misuse, or protect the community and the Services.
We are not required to issue a warning before taking action. A violation in one game or event may result in restrictions across all vSpeed Date Services.
Members may not create replacement accounts to bypass a suspension or block.
Removal or blocking for a violation does not entitle a member to a refund, except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms restricts legally protected consumer reviews or lawful reports to authorities.
All members are required to follow our Dating Safety Guidelines across all games and Services, including any additional safety instructions made available within the Services.
At a minimum, members must:
Do not assume another member’s identity, statements, or intentions have been verified. Participation does not establish that a member has undergone a background check or safety screening.
We discourage screen sharing and the recording or redistribution of member videos, photos, posts, messages, or other content from any game or Service. Members may not capture or share another member’s content without that member’s express permission, except as permitted by law.
This includes screenshots, screen recordings, livestreaming, reposting, forwarding, and showing private game or event content to people outside the intended audience.
You may preserve relevant evidence for a good-faith safety report, legal claim, or report to authorities, as permitted by law. This does not authorize public redistribution of that evidence.
Although we may take action against members who violate these rules, we cannot guarantee that other members will not copy, record, screen share, or redistribute content.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for another member’s unauthorized recording, screen sharing, or sharing of videos, posts, or other content.
Expiration of access or removal of content does not guarantee deletion of copies another person may have made. Share only information and content you are comfortable making available to other participants.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights and permissions necessary to share it.
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant the Company a nonexclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit it as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, and moderate the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
This permission does not give other members the right to record or redistribute your content.
The app, software, trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property belong to the Company or its licensors. Except as permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the app or its components.
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. Rooting or jailbreaking your device may compromise security and interfere with app functionality.
The Services may use third-party providers, including the following, where applicable. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, adequate battery power, and an internet connection. Mobile data, roaming, and other provider charges are your responsibility.
If someone else pays for your device or service, you must have their permission to incur those charges.
vSpeed Date and its games provide opportunities for entertainment, self-expression, conversation, and social connection.
Game responses, results, similarities, differences, and filters are not verified assessments of a person’s character, honesty, safety, compatibility, mental health, or suitability for a relationship. They do not predict how someone will behave in real life.
The Services do not provide professional relationship counseling, psychological assessments, or personal safety guarantees.
We do not guarantee friendships, dates, matches, romantic relationships, marriage, compatibility, member participation, or any other personal or social outcome from using the app, games, or events.
Members’ answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, humorous, hypothetical, or misleading. Displaying a member or their content does not constitute our endorsement or verification of that person.
You are responsible for deciding what to share, whom to contact, whether to continue communicating, and whether to meet someone in person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for outcomes arising from your reliance on game responses or results, your personal or relationship decisions, or another member’s statements or conduct.
This includes disagreements, rejection, relationship breakdowns, emotional distress, financial losses, and harm arising from online or offline interactions, to the extent liability may lawfully be limited.
Our reporting and moderation procedures do not guarantee that every violation will be detected or that all harmful conduct can be prevented.
We may update or modify the Services, games, features, technical requirements, and pricing. Applicable charges will be disclosed before purchase.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You may need to install updates to continue using the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Stopping use does not itself cancel an automatically renewing membership; any such membership must be canceled through the applicable billing platform or cancellation process.
We may suspend or terminate access as described in these Terms or discontinue the Services, subject to applicable law and obligations relating to outstanding purchases.
Upon termination, your permission to use the affected Services ends. Where applicable, you must stop using and delete the app from your device.
Provisions that reasonably need to continue after termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, and applicable liability limitations, will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with their effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase without a lawful basis.
